This event, hosted by Gallatin Valley Martial Arts, is open to all but crafted with Queers & allies in mind! Cost for the class is a suggested donation of $13, but pay what you can. Find more information here on Gallatin Valley Martial Art's website.
Afterward, stay for our monthly Yin Yoga Seminar, which is a free community class designed to restore the body, @ 5 pm (last Saturday of every month). Join for the double header 👊 (And complimentary snacks in between two events!)
