Class Description
Summit45 is our hill-focused ride built around strength, power, and sticky resistance. Expect slower RPMs, heavy climbs, and minimal choreography so you can settle in, push hard, and feel every switchback. You’ll get moments to pick up speed, but the focus is all about building endurance and conquering the climb.
